Three game modes:
TV Mode - Gather friends and family around the TV. Dock the Nintendo Switch to play in HD on your TV.
Stable Surface Mode - Share screen and fun. Flip the stand to share the screen, then share the fun in a multiplayer title.
Portable Mode - Take an impressive display wherever you go. Pick up the console and play with the Joy-Cons attached.
Nintendo Switch has two controllers that can be used together: the Joy-Con. If you place the two Joy-Con controllers on their holder, they will work as a single traditional controller. Without this support, each of them works as an individual command, autonomously.
Local co-op - Play with friends on the TV screen at home (additional controllers may be required, sold separately).
Local Wireless - Up to eight Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Lite consoles can be synced and played in co-op or competitive multiplayer titles.
Online Multiplayer - If you subscribe to the Nintendo Switch Online service, you can play with friends or users from anywhere in the world, access an expanding NES game catalog with more online play options, or enjoy exclusive offers like TETRISĀ® 99 and the Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers, and much more!
