RESOLUTION OF CONTRACTS (RETURNS) - DISTANCE PURCHASES (PERFORMED ONLINE)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive the item to return it.
To be entitled to a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, sealed and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
When receiving your order, always check that the box / packaging is not crumpled / with signs of transport damage, if this happens, you must reject the order immediately and complain to the courier and on the CTT transport guide.
CSTech will not be responsible for orders that are accepted under the conditions described above.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable products (such as earphones/headphones/headsets, batteries, batteries, memory cards, external drives, consumables or software), custom products (such as special orders or custom items), and hygiene products personal (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases or electronic products that require intervention / assembly by third parties for their operation, such as LCD / Touchscreen displays for cell phones, tablets, Flex's, this type of product must be tested without removing the plastics. and warranty seals before being installed on the equipment, if you detect any anomaly, contact us immediately without proceeding with the assembly so that we can replace it with another one in case of defect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards or prepaid digital content cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish the refund as well.
