Privacy policy
The Personal Data Protection Law (hereinafter “LPDP”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter “GDPR”) ensure the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Under the law, “personal data” means any information, of any nature and regardless of its form, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; therefore, protection does not extend to the data of legal persons.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user declares, for the purposes provided for in Articles 4, paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 11, 6, 7 and 13, that they give their free, spontaneous and informed consent to the processing of personal data provided to CSTECH through the website [https://www.cstech.store](https://www.cstech.store), so that such data may be included in a file under the responsibility of CSTECH, whose processing, in accordance with the LPDP and the GDPR, complies with appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
CSTECH maintains a database containing the registration records of its customers. The data contained in this database are only those provided by the users themselves at the time of registration and are collected and processed automatically, in accordance with the provisions approved by the National Data Protection Commission, by CSTECH, the entity responsible for the corresponding file.
Under no circumstances will information concerning philosophical or political beliefs, party or trade union membership, religious faith, private life and racial or ethnic origin, as well as data relating to health and sexual life, including genetic data, be requested.
Under no circumstances will we carry out any of the following activities with the personal data provided to us through this website:
- Transfer it to other persons or entities without the prior consent of the data subject;
- Transfer it outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without the prior consent of the data subject.
PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- (i) Order processing;
- (ii) Communication with customers and clarification of questions;
- (iii) Processing of information requests;
- (iv) Processing of complaints;
- (v) Direct marketing communications (if you have consented to the processing of your personal data for this purpose);
- (vi) Requesting reviews of products or services purchased;
- CSTech guarantees the confidentiality of the collected data as well as the documentation received, and the information transmitted will be used solely within the scope of the aforementioned campaign and service communications, within strictly necessary limits.
The personal data whose processing is authorised by this declaration may not be used for direct marketing or other commercial purposes, including profiling or any other automated decision-making, and may be subject to portability under Article 20 of the GDPR.
SECURITY MEASURES
CSTECH declares that it has implemented and will continue to implement the technical and organisational security measures necessary to ensure the security of the personal data provided to it, in order to prevent alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorised access, taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed. CSTECH guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers both during registration and during the purchase/order process for products or services. Data collection and processing are carried out securely and prevent loss or manipulation. All data will be entered into a Secure Server (128-bit SSL) which encrypts/codes it (transforms it into code). The user can verify that their browser is secure if the padlock symbol appears or if the address begins with https instead of http.
COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
One of the purposes for which we process the personal data provided by users is to send electronic communications containing information relating to commercial and promotional communications. Whenever we send such a communication, it will be directed exclusively to users who have previously and expressly authorised it. In accordance with Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of 7 January, if the user wishes to stop receiving commercial or promotional communications from CSTECH, they may request to opt out by sending an email to [suporte@cstech.store](mailto:suporte@cstech.store).
