Throughout the adventure, players will meet the people of NLA, help them with their problems, and build affinities to unlock missions that contain rare equipment and other rewards.

They can also join an online team* and complete specific missions for multiple players, including global Nemesis battles. It will also be possible to recruit avatars from other players for the main story team.
